it seems like you wanna do experiments until you find
- mvp loss function
- mvp technique that actually works (hopefully with mvp seeing fundamental target mechanism)
- mvp friendship w the activity and its bottlenecks then you can spam deliberate practice
with tennis thats sorta easy, 1 and 2 are sorta obvious and 3 is just if you like it
with running thats sorta easy, 1 and 2 are sorta obvious and 3 is just if you dont torture yourself then you start liking it after a couple weeks
with chinese/piano thats sorta easy, or before it wasnt but at least it's now easy for me, 1 and 2 werent obvious before but now theyre known, and 3 is just a matter of doing it for some time and befriending it
